Toolbox for Gemini is an independent third-party Chrome extension and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC or Alphabet Inc. "Gemini" is a trademark of Google LLC. Our use of the term is purely referential to indicate compatibility with Google's Gemini service.

Service Availability

Toolbox for Gemini is under continuous development. This means:

• Features may change or be discontinued
• The service may experience interruptions
• Feedback is welcomed and encouraged

Use of Service

You agree to use Toolbox for Gemini only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to breach or circumvent any security measures
• Interfere with or disrupt the service

Paid Features & Billing

Gemini Toolbox uses a freemium model. Core features are available on a free plan and some advanced features require a paid Pro upgrade.

• Free Plan: Use core features at no cost.
• Pro Upgrade: Optional paid features with pricing and terms shown in‑app prior to purchase.
• Billing: Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store full payment card details.
• Renewals & Cancellation: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the current billing period.
• Refunds: Refunds are subject to the policies of the payment platform/provider used for purchase.
• Taxes: Applicable taxes may be charged depending on your location.
• Changes: We may change prices or features with notice as required by applicable law; changes will not affect existing billing periods already paid.

All content, features, and functionality of Gemini Toolbox are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content

You retain ownership of any content you process through our service. By using Gemini Toolbox, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
